The cultural background of being born in China and raised in Germany has always motivated Chenchao to facilitate the exchange between Europe and China.
In fact, already before founding SILREAL, Chenchao has helped as a freelance consultant several healthcare related companies to find strategic partners both in China and Germany, starting from market entry and identifying their first hire to regulatory consulting and clients sourcing.
To pursue the passion of building a bridge between both regions on a higher and more professional level he decided in 2020 to build up a team and to officially start his own business: SILREAL, a consulting company focusing on healthcare and Sino-European exchange.
