PMO and IT Rollout support for shift planning automation for a German care provider
During the nationwide introduction of shift planning software at over 20 subsidiaries and around 4,000 employees, SILREAL GmbH supported the project management office since February 2021 to professionally guide through the successful implementation of the project, including stable and effective use of the software.
