PMO and IT Rollout support for shift planning automation for a German care provider
SILREAL GmbH has been supporting the project management office since February 2021 during the nationwide implementation of the shift planning software in more than 20 subsidiaries with around 4,000 employees, in order to professionally guide the successful implementation of the project, including the stable and effective use of the software.
