Over the past decade, he has advised governments, industry leaders, and innovators on navigating regulatory complexity and driving cross-border collaboration. Crtified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Chenchao is recognized for his ability to translate global strategy into actionable results across diverse healthcare systems.
